I initially came here for an inspection, and immediately got the feeling that these were good people. They were very friendly and genuinely conversational to me and the other customers in the store. It was a really old school feel for those who understand walking into a business and being on a first name basis with everyone. Decided to come back up get some work done on my 2016 Cadillac ats, and my experience has given me complete confidence that this will be my go to mechanic for as long as I live in this area. They are knowledgeable, very transparent, and did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem, and fully testing their work after it was complete. Upon picking up the car, they explained everything in detail and informed me on what to look out for over the next coming months. For anyone living in west Houston, I would recommend you come here not only for a hassle free experience, but a first class one better than you will receive at any dealership. Justin and Isaiah will take really great care of you and have you back on the road in no time!

10/10 Amazing service! I came in after my car stopped on the freeway and decided to have it towed to TAP. It was such a stressful situation but Isaiah and his team were so helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. TAP is officially my shop for all my maintenance needs and I will definitely recommend this shop to any of my family and friends!
